At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
n99 is required by international licensing obligations to conduct KYC verification for all accounts processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold. KYC documentation typically required includes a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie photograph for identity matching. n99 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your n99 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. n99 will never contact you to request your password or OTP under any circumstances. If you receive any communication purportedly from n99 requesting your password or OTP, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
You agree to notify n99 immediately via live chat or the support email address if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any security breach affecting your registered mobile number, or any loss or compromise of your login credentials. n99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account occurring prior to your notification to the Platform.
You must not allow any other person to access or use your n99 Account, regardless of your relationship with that person. Sharing your Account with another individual — including family members, friends, or associates — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Deposits to your n99 Wallet may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, standard bank transfer, or Cash OTC at designated locations. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (PKR). n99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which n99 bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited to your n99 Wallet must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Where n99 identifies a deposit originating from a source not belonging to the registered account holder, it reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and report the transaction as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests for Real Money Balances are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

n99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by you to your Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
n99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, that all games and features will be free from defects at all times, or that data transmissions to and from the Platform will be fully secure against all possible interception. We take reasonable and industry-standard precautions to protect Platform availability and security, but we cannot guarantee absolute uptime or security in all circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude n99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You may close your n99 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or the support email address. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. If you close your account while a bonus is active, any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
n99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; n99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; the account holder has provided false information at registration or during KYC; a duplicate account is identified; or regulatory or legal obligations require it.
Where an account is suspended or closed for violation of these Terms, n99 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds in the account represent proceeds of prohibited activity, those funds may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities. Where no wrongdoing is found, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n99 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact n99 through the formal complaint process described in Section 15 below and allow a period of thirty (30) days for resolution before initiating any other legal proceedings.
